Ushers perform some of the most valuable tasks of our liturgical ministers--and not just because one of their traditional roles is to take up our collections. Though they are not up front in the sanctuary or lending their voices from the choir loft, our ushers are often the first faces parishioners and visitors see when coming to Church. They are a welcoming presence and are also instrumental in helping people to be at ease, find a seat at crowded masses and events, and also the first to respond should issues arise.

We are always looking for more men and women to step into this role as they are able.
